Yes. Transcend provides ramp within the range of 5-45 minutes in five (5) minute increments. The ramp feature is engaged by pushing the ramp button located above the on/off button on the back of the Transcend CPAP. The ramp can be accelerated by pressing and holding the ramp button until the full ramp pressure is achieved.
Yes. Transcend has internal memory that captures compliance data for up to 13 months. A full compliance report, including AHI, leak detection, hours of use, and other data can be viewed by using the Transcend compliance reporting software.
Compliance data is retrieved from Transcend by connecting the USB cable (provided) to a computer in which the Transcend compliance software has been installed, or to the optional Transcend LCD Programmable Base Station.
Transcend is warranted for workmanship for a period of 3 years. In the event the Transcend CPAP must be returned for warranty replacement, contact Transcend customer service at 877-621-9626 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have an RMA authorization, you can return the Transcend CPAP directly to Somnetics at the address provided in the Transcend User Manual.
